Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille hosted a “Media Sneak Peek” tonight for their all new Frisco location at Stonebriar Centre. I met the awesome staff, including Chris Perry, founder of the restaurants, who was a very gracious and humble host. Perry’s restaurants are family owned and operated, and began as meat markets in the seventies. Chris reinvented the brand in 1979 by establishing the first Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille in Houston. Today there are 6 locations in Houston, with the Frisco location being the second in the Dallas area. Guests tonight were served several decadent wine, cocktail and meal pairings. The Beverage Director, Susi Zivanovic, is extremely knowledgeable about all things wine and cocktail. If you haven’t had an opportunity to try Bar79 (named after the birth year of the business) stop in for happy hour, or dine in for steak, fish or seafood. The Stonebriar location is prepared to host corporate events with 10,000 square feet of space, AV support and private dining space. The Frisco location, located at 2240 Parkwood Boulevard (75034) opens to the public on Monday November 17th at 4pm.
