Adrianne is God sent. She is very thoughtful and assertive in her guidance throughout the home buying experience. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for in a community and townhome. She had ideas instantly and partnered with me until I found what was perfect for me. This was my second buying experience, but by far the best. I was really worried about the home buying process due to all of the horror stories I had heard and thinking it would be a lengthy process, but Adrianne made this thee best and easiest process I have ever encountered. She was very thorough, very detailed, kept me up to date on everything that was going on, did a temperature check with me on a daily basis, and made sure that I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. If we looked at a house and there was ANYthing unacceptable, she would tell me right then, "No, I'm not letting you buy this house!" When the time comes for me to enter into the home buying process again, Adrianne Hooker will be the first person I call!

Adrianne Hooker is the GOAT in Real Estate... She is an active listener and very knowledgeable of the real estate market. Adrianne successfully negotiated two contracts (yes two) for me and my husband. We backed out of the first one because it just didn't feel right but that didn't deter Adrianne from continuing her search for our desired home. Her initial assessment/walk thru of the homes are spot on. I really appreciated Adrianne's hawk eye as she held our hand while looking for our next home and kept us updated throughout the entire home buying process - all the way through closing day. My experience with Adrianne on my New Construction was Amazing.. My. Husband and I moved from another state and she was so Proatiive she made our transition so easy .. She has perfect customer service skills. She has great experience, knowledge and very caring. She will make sure you very well taken care of and you not force into a home you don't won't. When I buy another home she is the only one I'm working with period. But to help her out us as a customer we have to do our research and have options of different home that you would love to purchase. That makes it easy on both party and less time. Adrianne was very knowledgeable about home buying, the process, and homes in the DFW area. She communicated well with me, and the seller to get things done in a timely manner. I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful My experience was with Adrianne Hooker. My husband and I attended one of Adrianne’ Saturday morning home buyers class and it was at this class I knew I wanted her as our realtor. Adrianne’s class was very informative and she presented a team with her that could answer all the questions you may have wanted to ask. Any questions and any concerns we had Adrianne was there to answer them. She helped us decide on a beautiful community in Glenn Heights and we built our home from the ground up. Adrianne was there every step of the way. She assisted us with picking out colors, patterns, and certain things to go into the home that if we ever decided to sale we would have a nice resale value. She helped us stay on budget and assisted with upgrades. She told us things we could do on our own that would be cheaper. I mean Adrianne is simply amazing. She is the best in her field out here in the DFW area. This is why I said I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful she is. At closing Adrianne sent us a beautiful flower arrangement stating congratulations. Once we were settled in we came home to an even more beautiful surprise. For our family she presented us with a gift that stated our names and said est. in 2019 meaning our home purchase. Adrianne will make you feel like family and as if you would have known her for years. My husband and I cannot express how grateful we are to have taken this journey with Adrianne.
